American Italian
Style Lager
Crisp, clean, citrus-forward. Built for a table with food on it — light enough for a hot kitchen, structured enough to stand up to red sauce, salt and char.
What to eat with it
It started in a
Manhattan kitchen.
Cosimo Bruno grew up the son of Italian immigrants, in and out of his family's restaurants — where the food was Italian, the accent was New York, and nobody thought those two things were in conflict.
He wanted a beer that belonged on those tables. Not an import with a foreign label and a shipping container behind it. Something made here, the way his family was.
So he made one. It's the first of its kind.
American by birth.
Same as the beer.
